A taster session is a 1 hour class where you can come and experience some light pole dancing activity. A
sneak peak in to the world of pole dancing!
It is highly recommended that individuals attend a taster session before booking a 6 hour course, especially if
they are not sure what pole dancing entails. It is a class where you can come on your own or with friends
and have a huge amount of fun!
A Course, is a block booking of either 6 x 1 hour sessions , 4 x 1 1/2 hour
sessions, or 3 x 2 hour sessions held regularly each week. During
each week you will do a workout that comprises of ….
· Mobilization, pulse raiser and warm up
· Stretches of major muscle groups
· Floor work
· Pole dancing moves including lifts and spins and how to work the pole
· Cool down and stretch
Each week you will learn different moves as well as recapping on the moves of previous weeks.
The Pole Dancing Courses are structured in various Levels, with Level 1 being Beginners.
Although Pole Dancing in itself is a form of fitness class, we have had a huge request from girls asking how they can improve their upper body strength, how can they tone up and also how can they improve their overall fitness level to enable them to do the true pole dancing classes more effectively. So we have approached the pole from an innovative angle and have designed a class using it as a piece of fitness apparatus. The class is done in a circuit format and caters for a variety of fitness levels. It is not a class where you will learn spins and tricks, but one that will improve your cardiovascular fitness level and your muscular strength and endurance, whilst still using the pole. It is hard work, but extremely effective.
By request Kathy has designed a class that meets her clients needs when it comes to stretching and helping her clients become more supple. The class is done in a relaxing and calm manner to encourage relaxation and safe transition in to a variety exercises which will lengthen and stretch the muscles which are predominantly used on the pole. The class encourages good technique and posture and at the same time for fills her clients need to unwind and chill out. A beautifully elegant class.
Legs, Bums, Tums and Droopy Bits
A class that does exactly what it says on the tin ! An effective class to tone and firm up all the mentioned areas in a fun and innovative way. A brilliant way to achieve those sculptured legs, peachy bums and pucker '6 pack' tums !

Be a part of this amazing way to learn to dance, burn hundreds of calories and sculpt your body into
a trained dancer. It's fun and it's for everyone ! All welcome.
This class is for those who have completed a pole course / level. Each week a routine is choreographed
using moves from a certain level to enable those who have completed the relevant course to come and
learn how to put all the moves together in various styles. Not only does this improve the students
choreography skills and fluidity of moves, but it also maintains and improves their pole fitness.

Dita Von Teese speciality class! A fabulously fun class reproducing the beautifully Burlesque style through an hour long session in different themes of Burlesque. Each week is a new Burlesque theme which can be sent to you upon request.
A Master class is a 1 – 2 hour class designed with the client in mind. It can take the role of a 2 hour introduction to the Pole class for Beginners, a Pole Fitness Class in a circuit format or it can involve teaching Pole choreography to those who are familiar with the pole, who need an injection of new choreography ideas, for example creating a pole dance with a Salsa feel. It is a class designed by us to suit your request.
It is exactly what it says, open poles available for you to book and come and practise on. It’s a chance for you to practise what you have learned during your Pole Dancing Course! Fantastic for those with no pole at home, or for those who like to do Pole with friends, or for those who still need me around for the move that they just can’t get! A great time to get together with new friends made whilst at Pole Fusion.
Hen Party / Birthday Party Experience
A Hen Party / Birthday Party Experience is a 2 hour Pole Dancing lesson.
Within this time you will learn lots of pole dancing moves, including a climbed move and some
spins, so that by the end of the session you will be able to dance confidently on the pole, on
your own. During the time you will play a few party games. Included in the experience are
prizes for the games, chocolate nibbles and a gift for the hen / birthday girl, together with a
certificate to remember the event to everyone in the party. It’s an extremely fun way to
celebrate your special occasion.
