To ensure your event goes smoothly here are a few things you will need to bring with you :
1. A sense of humour !
2. A pair of trainers.
3. A pair of high heeled shoes (optional) - no they don't have to be proper pole shoes, just normal everyday ones will do. If you don't have any, bring the most comfortable ones you have. Please note that the majority of the class is mainly performed in bare feet / trainers. However, at the end of some of the courses or taster sessions, when the instructor is happy that everyone can perform the moves instructed safely, you may have the opportunity to wear shoes to perform the moves if you so wish.
4.
A pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Changing rooms and toilets are just
outside the studios in case you are a bit self conscious. All studio's
are in very private areas.
5. Bring a drink with you, but no alcohol please.
6. If you need to smoke, please do so before the class as no smoking breaks will be given.
7. When you arrive please wash your hands as no creams or oils must be used as it may cause you to slip on the pole.
8. Please remove any sharp objects such as belts or jewellery that may cause you harm or scratch the pole.
